Top Biden aide says he won't 'comment on hypotheticals' when asked if Americans will be left in Afghanistan

National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan raised eyebrows on Tuesday by saying he wouldn’t "comment on hypotheticals" about what U.S. troops would do if all Americans and allies aren't evacuated from Afghanistan by President Biden's August 31 deadline.
