Dueling Portland clashes shut down streets, as police try to manage chaos

Portland, Ore., witnessed another day of hundreds of violent protests between right and left wing extremists who closed down streets attacked one another, forcing the Portland Police Bureau (PPB) to declare an unlawful assembly.
